This product is a bundle of digital content (English language) and an exclusive 1:1 coaching with one of our experienced aviation psychologists (German language) who previously worked for the DLR (Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt; German Aerospace Center), specifically compiled for the DLR FQ/FU/GQ for various airlines, typically for Ready Entry. For the Lufthansa Group’s LHG assessment (Ab-Initio), please select this product.

The digital products can be easily accessed in our Easyflight Training App and are available immediately after purchase for a subscription length of 3 months. The digital content offers excellent preparation for the upcoming 1:1 coaching with one of our professionally trained, experienced aviation psychologists. The following products are included:

1:1 Coaching by an Aviation Psychologist
In the course of typically two appointments – on site near Frankfurt/Main or online – with a total duration of 3 hours, you will receive exclusive 1:1 coaching (German language only) from one of our experienced aviation psychologists (ex DLR) to discuss the three/four most important psychological topics for the DLR FQ/FU/GQ:
- Individual preparation for the interview
- Negotiation role play (“argument”) – if required
- Training for the group exercise
- Final reflection (“short interview”)
Aim of the coaching: To go into the assessment with the right attitude and well prepared in order to leave a convincing and coherent impression regarding motivation as well as personal and social skills.
Coaching details:
- Background information on the objectives and tasks of the assessment
- Structure and content of the self-presentation
- Argumentation of the (change) motivation
- Formulation of suitable behavioral examples for the relevant competencies
- Dealing with “tricky” questions
- External presentation (outfit, appearance, …)
- Behavior in an argument
- Role and behavior in the group game
- Behavior in the final reflection discussion
- Further, individual concerns

Appointments are made on an individual basis.
- Emergency: Within 2 to 7 days (with surcharge)
- Regular: In 8 days at the earliest
We guarantee you an online appointment within 2 weeks of booking. Typically, we can also offer an on-site appointment within 2 weeks of booking. If you wish, you can also check our availability and dates before you book. Please note the guidelines for rescheduling at short notice in accordance with our general terms and conditions.
