General / Mixed
This chapter contains a healthy mix of questions on different competencies for English Grammar and Tenses for Pilots.
256 questionsIf-Clauses
The rules for if-clauses are not everyone's strong suit. Our questions are related to civil aviation and with them it is fun to practice this grammatical subtlety to perfection.
57 questionsReported Speech: Direct and Indirect Speech
Choose the correct form of reported speech, where we talk about what other people have talked about. Select between indirect and direct speech.
35 questionsAuxiliary Verbs
There are three auxiliary verbs in English, namely be, do, and have. Find the correct form or choose whether it is an auxiliary verb or regular verb – with fun, because the reference to aviation has also entered here.
41 questionsQuestion Tags
In English, we use question tags like "isn't it" or "didn't they" to turn statements into a question. They are more common in speaking than in writing. We often use question tags when we expect the listener to agree with our statement (positive statement, negative question tag).
67 questionsLanguage Comprehension & Spelling
Are you proficient in English and understand common phrases? Let's find out! This chapter of English Grammar and Tenses prepares you in the best possible way and at the highest level for your airline assessment for pilots.
42 questionsVocabularies & Synonyms
Are you proficient with the English language and know the common synonyms and related vocabulary? In this chapter you will choose the right synonym for a given word – sometimes harder than expected, but practice leads to success.

Reviews
-
Quite complete, here you can find the kind of questions that you will see on the real pilot assesment.

Good training, realistic questions
-
Mostly I’m satisfied with English, but there are some words that are completly unnecessary to have.
-
Thank you very much for your review. We compile our assessment materials based on evidence. From a psychological perspective, some of the questions in the tests are intentionally designed to be unnatural and confusing in order to throw you off balance. This is particularly evident in physics and technical comprehension. We wish you continued success and hope you enjoy learning!
