About the Role
Contribute to work that matters with Boeing Defence UK, a subsidiary of the Boeing Company, which supports over 1,500 employees in the UK. You will be part of a growing team, enhancing our Fixed Wing training capabilities for UK defence clients. Join us at the P-8A Training Centre in RAF Lossiemouth where you’ll provide crucial simulator and ground-based training for P8 pilots.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct simulator and theoretical instruction for P-8A pilots, adhering to company and military standards.
- Develop and refine training tools and methodologies to meet the client’s needs.
- Evaluate and certify pilot proficiency as per company and regulatory standards.
- Ensure adherence to all safety policies and practices during training operations.

Qualifications
- Must possess instructor ratings for the B737.
- Experience as a qualified flight training instructor in the military or equivalent civilian course.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
- Eligible for UK Security Clearance.
