Minimum Requirements:
- License: EASA ATPL (or CPL/IR with ATPL theory completed).
- Medical: EASA Class 1 medical certificate.
- Experience: Minimum of 1500 flight hours, preferably on multi-engine, multi-crew aircraft.
- Language Proficiency: ICAO Level 4 English or higher.
- Legal Status: Right to live and work in the EU (or ability to obtain necessary work permits).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Type rating on B747 or similar aircraft.
- Multi-crew and international long-haul experience.
- Additional language skills (French, German, or Luxembourgish).
Selection Process:
- Application Screening – Review of qualifications and experience.
- Assessment & Testing – Simulator evaluation, technical knowledge test, and psychometric assessment.
- Interviews – HR and technical interviews.
- Medical & Background Checks – Verification of medical fitness and work eligibility.
