How can I download the app?

You can easily access our application through modern web browsers. There are options available to install our web application on iPhones / iPads / Android devices. Check out all app features.

Which credentials to use for the app login?

Your existing Easyflight Training account can be used for both shop and application. Therefore, please use your existing Easyflight Training account credentials.

Which browsers and hardware are compatible?

Is your app running slowly, is the audio output not working properly, or is hardware not being recognized? We have compiled a comprehensive guide and recommendations on hardware and software compatibility.

How can I reset my statistics?

You can do that from directly within the application, navigating to the product page and hit “reset statistics” for the selected product.

Why do I need an account?

We offer various products like personal training (on-site) and personalized, digital content. For accessing digital content securely, an account including subscriptions is mandatory. Therefore, you have to create an account when shopping with us. Therefore, guest check-out is not possible (unfortunately).

Unless otherwise described, you will receive the content via our app.

When do I get access to my digital content?

As soon as your payment is verified, you will be granted access. Usually, payments are verified within a few seconds.

I’m not happy with my purchase.

Please get in touch with us and share your valuable feedback. We will find a good solution. High-quality products are as important as customer satisfaction for us.

Will I lose my app statistics at the end of the subscription period?

No. Your statistics and learning progress in the app will remain as long as your account is active. This will help you if you want to continue practicing later. However, you can only view these with an active subscription. Contact us for early deletion.

Payment & Subscriptions

Do my subscriptions renew automatically?

No. We are very transparent and fair in this respect, which our customers appreciate: You buy a subscription term (for example 3 months) and pay for it once. After the specified term, access to the products expires. There are no recurring costs (unless explicitly stated otherwise).

What happens if I buy a subscription twice?

We recommend that you only add each subscription to your shopping cart once. However, if the terms offered are not long enough for you, you can buy a subscription more than once. This will result in a correspondingly longer term if you buy the exact same term again. Is there something wrong with your purchase or do you have any further questions? Then contact us!

How can I access my invoice?

Download your invoice from your account. Additionally, you should have received your invoice by email with the “order completed” email.

Which payment methods are supported?

Major payment options are supported through our PayPal payment gateway, such as PayPal, SEPA Direct Debit, Debit and Credit Cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Please have a look at the checkout process as PayPal is frequently adding support for new payment methods.

How long does it take to verify my payment?

With automated payments through PayPal it should be a matter of seconds. If your access is not available, check whether your payment was successful. You can do this in your PayPal account, for example. A payment may be delayed due to checks at PayPal or because your account balance is too low. Your subscription will start as soon as the payment has been completed. Please get in touch with us if you think that something went wrong.

Can I purchase or extend a subscription for a custom period of time?

No. We do only offer subscription lenghts that are visible at the product’s page.

Can I track my sales as a partner?

Yes, you can. We have developed a dashboard with detailed information.

How do I get paid as a partner?
