How the Vienna Test works

The Vienna Test (also called the “Wiener Test”) is a proven method to assess reaction speed, attention, and concentration. Symbols appear in rapid succession on the screen, and your task is to decide as quickly and accurately as possible whether the current symbol matches the required criteria.

The challenge lies in reacting under increasing time pressure and maintaining accuracy across repetitive sequences. This test is widely recognized in pilot and aptitude assessments as a measure of focus, attention span, and resilience under stress.

Settings and special features with Easyflight Training

Our training module dynamically generates tasks, ensuring you train under authentic conditions. You can adjust:

• Duration: 1 minute, 5 minutes, 12 minutes
• Difficulty: easy, medium, hard
• Speed: variable (speed of symbol presentation)

Note: This product is accessed via a dedicated Windows-only application that must be downloaded separately. It is not part of the standard Easyflight Training App and offers only a subset of the features available in the regular app. After purchase, you can generate an individual access code in our Easyflight Training App. Use this code to log in to the Windows application and unlock the product. Your shop login credentials are not required – access is granted exclusively via the access code. The product is only available in German (on-site assessment language).
