Condor invites you to embark on a thrilling career as part of Germany’s favorite holiday airline, renowned for exceptional customer comfort. You will train with the cutting-edge Airbus A330neo and from 2024, a new fleet of A32Xneo will enhance your flying experience.
Condor Ab Initio Program – CAP (m/f/d)
Your training experience includes:
- Obtaining the professional pilot license MPL (A) along with an A320 type rating
- Training at the esteemed TFC Flight Training in Essen
- Courses commence in April 2025 and last approximately 24 months
- No prior aviation experience is required

Eligibility:
- Requires a secondary or technical school diploma
- Proficiency in German and English is a must
- German residency and work permit, as well as an unrestricted passport
- Height between 1.65m to 1.98m
- Visual correction within /- 3 diopters
- Pass the Condor selection process in collaboration with Interpersonal GmbH
- Be prepared to contribute to training costs upon successful selection
